Kilby Block Party - Friday
Just got in the Lyft and heading to the airport. Buffy and I are nervous for the flight and traveling, we got vip for the festival and fast pass for tsa, so just hoping things go smoothly. Just gonna read my book.
16 hours later…. Omg Modest Mouse was amazing and Snail Mail was so authentic. It was the right thing to have Turnstyle be the headliner. Absolutely rocking! Even the vip section had a mosh pit. I didn’t do it though, people were just kicking and punching, like it was some black flag show from the ‘80’s.
Nobody was practicing at the skateboard park, contest is tomorrow though.

Some of the kick ass bands we saw. It was sunny and bright and the evening was absolutely perfect.
